They seem to be personal, but they are actually as impersonal as the rain, and as the clouds that send the rain.
    Whether we are presented with an illness in what we would describe as somebody else's body or ours, the experience is just as impersonal and just as devoid of personal cause or effect. It is an experience, yes, but it has nothing to do with us.
    Can you begin to experience your body impersonally, right now? Can you realize that if you are still experiencing the body as either good or bad, it is nothing but the collective concept or belief of the body and has nothing to do with you?
    Get a sense of this right now.
    Don't be concerned if it brings up a sense of discomfort. I feel it myself as I drop into a collective sense of the body. It's quite an uncomfortable sense because I'm taking on a collective belief of the body (just for the moment though!). I'm going to let it go very quickly in a moment and so can you.
