I am consciousness, and besides consciousness there is nothing else whatsoever.

For this reason, if I occupy my mind with anything other than pure consciousness; if I seek anything other than the presence and activity of pure consciousness; if I wish to understand and experience more of truth in my body and world, and I look anywhere other than to consciousness itself, I am in the forest of belief, and failing to rise in spiritual awareness.
