I am consciousness, and because consciousness is one, infinite and omnipresent, my body is consciousness.

My body, this physical, local, personal sense of body does not exist “within” consciousness.“I” am consciousness.

This means that my body is a body of awareness not physicality, and that body of awareness, being consciousness, is and has all the nature and quality of consciousness.
