    I can observe anything and realize that it is my body of consciousness.

It may appear as the form of a person, a flower, a tree, a house, a couch, a table, a pen, a book, food; it may appear as the form of the sky, a rainbow, a cloud, an ocean or sparkles on the ocean, a mountain, snow, a clear day or a rainy day.

Whatever the appearing form, I realize that all is the one consciousness of me, the one body of me simply experienced objectively.
