Belief is why and how we can be physically healthy or catch a cold or find ourselves with a cancer.
These two extremes of good vs. bad are extremes of a lack of God awareness. They are the presence of shadow or dark, an unlit awareness. They are not entities because only God is entity.
Both the health and the cold or the cancer are beliefs which eventually become evident as false formation seeming to be real.
